Located between Yamato and Glades on Cain Boulevard just west of 441 (State Road 7), is Boca Isles.

Boca Isles North consists of two villages: The Sanctuary and the Preserve. Boca Isles South consists of two villages: The Enclave and The Reserve.

Boca Isles North and Boca Isles South are both individual gated communities comprised of single family living, multi-level, two-story, and courtyard homes. There are a total of 412 family homes within the North subdivision and 388 homes spread throughout the South.
