Set amid 37 acres, Azura is to offer seven home designs, ranging from 3,800 to 8,000 square feet of air-conditioned space. Home amenities are to include two-story entries, marble staircases, elevators, hurricane impact glass on all exterior windows and doors, a back-up generator system, marble floors, libraries with wood floors, granite counter tops, security systems and high-efficiency air-conditioning and heating systems.

A clubhouse, designed in Spanish mission revival style, is to allow residents to gather for parties or have a massage after a workout in the fitness center. The fitness tower is to include a juice bar, exercise and weight training equipment, an aerobics room, spa treatment rooms and steam showers.

The club is also to include a business center with technology for video conferencing, a boardroom, an executive office, secretarial assistance and other support services.

Other community features are to include a library with a fireplace, plasma television and a bar; and a club room for card games, entertaining or private parties.

In addition, Azura is to include a heated swimming pool, cabanas, putting green and a children's park.

A control-accessed gatehouse is to be staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
